About Me

Fifteen years ago, my fitness journey started as a personal quest to overcome disordered eating, low confidence, and body dysmorphia. I discovered weightlifting and, through years of consistent effort, developed both skill and discipline. It wasn’t until I addressed my challenges with food that I truly began to see the results I craved.

My training initially centered on bodybuilding. Over time, I transitioned to powerbuilding, focusing equally on strength and muscle development. The bench press became a key indicator of my progress, and after reaching a 200 lb bench, I entered a local powerlifting meet. That experience was a turning point; the supportive community and intense atmosphere immediately hooked me, especially after winning first place in my division.

My powerlifting career has since led me to multiple competitions, including international meets and World Championships. I hold 12 world records (with over half for bench press, topping out at 270 lbs), 13 national records, and 2 World Champion titles with the World Powerlifting Congress (WPC).

I’m passionate about passing on my knowledge to individuals of all fitness levels. Goals, to me, are dynamic; they evolve as you grow, providing continuous motivation. My guiding principle is simple: “If it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you.” I’m here to help you embrace that challenge.

My coaching specialties include bodybuilding for hypertrophy, weightlifting for weight/fat loss, and powerlifting. Please note that my powerlifting programs are structured without RPEs, reflecting the training methodologies I personally used to achieve my competitive success.
